Since 1990, Sherine has been focusing her attention in the area of self-development and healing. She is a UKCP registered Neuro-linguistic Psychotherapist with a Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnosis. She has a keen interest in how the body deals with stressful situations and possible methods used to relieve the body of this condition. She uses EMDR, Symbolic Modelling & Grovian Metaphor to augment her therapeutic approach.

Sherine is deeply committed to understanding how the body heals itself, and is curious in how the combination of body/mind therapies such as hypnosis, NLP, EMDR, reflexology and creative healing massage can be applied to the areas of health and wellbeing. While Sherine generally works on a one to one basis she also presents workshops in creative healing massage and Self-Hypnosis for stress management and pain relief for pregnant mothers.

Sherine is a qualified nurse with 20 years of experience with additional qualifications in Intensive Care and Midwifery.

She is also a registered Advanced Reflexologist and Holistic Massage Therapist. She has given in-house training in both these subject to medical personnel.
